I'm in the Agent Mentor reading site and want to use live review (fresh practice questions), but it says setup is needed. Help me pick one of two paths and finish it:

1) Bring my own key (no subscription — you pay your own provider directly): ask me for an OpenAI-compatible API key and model name, put them in course-reader/.env.local as AGENT_MENTOR_API_KEY and AGENT_MENTOR_MODEL, then have me restart the reading site.
2) Hosted — per-use credits (top up: $5=333 credits, $10=735 credits, $20=1600 credits; requires an existing $4.99 Base license):
   Confirm I already hold a Base license (I do if I bought this reading site). Then walk me to http://localhost:3000/topup,
   which reads my local license file and renders top-up checkout codes for each amount.
   I can pay by card or PayPal.
