Agent Mentor is a digital product. A unique download link is delivered automatically after payment (usually instantly).
When we refund
If your download link is dead, your key doesn't work, or the product fails to install because of a fault on our side, write to support@agentmentor.dev (the same address shown on your Paddle receipt). We will resend the link or refund you in full.
How refunds are processed
Paddle, our merchant of record, processes all payments and refunds for this purchase.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you have, including EU buyers' statutory withdrawal rights, which Paddle handles in its checkout flow. Under EU rules, once you consent to immediate delivery and the download begins, the withdrawal right for digital content lapses.
