These terms cover your purchase and use of Agent Mentor. Read them before you buy.
Agent Mentor is operated by DF Digital (Le Zhou).
What you're buying
Agent Mentor is a software license: a set of skill files that run inside a local coding agent such as Codex or Claude Code, plus a local reader application that renders the lessons your agent writes. It is a one-time purchase. Payment triggers automatic delivery of a unique download link through Paddle, our merchant of record.
License grant
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license to install and run Agent Mentor on machines you control. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product itself. Lessons your agent generates for you are yours. Exports contain components of this product and AI-generated material: if you publish them further, follow your jurisdiction's disclosure rules for AI-generated content, and don't use exports to redistribute the product itself.
Payment and billing
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for this purchase. Paddle's own checkout terms apply to the transaction, including how your payment is processed and how your receipt is issued.
Updates
Free updates are included for at least 12 months from your purchase date, and for as long as the product remains actively maintained beyond that. Your agent checks for a new version automatically each time it runs; anything you have already generated is never touched by an update.
Warranty disclaimer
Agent Mentor is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any purpose beyond what is described in the product listing. Lessons are produced by your own agent's model; we do not warrant the accuracy of generated content.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
